Mitch Morgan: It is with great pleasure that I am writing to you and your company in regards to excellent service you have provided my son in your service AFTER the sale. It is a difficult situation to have your child live across the company, starting a new life and buying vehicle and knowing who you can trust. I can am writing to say that I have found that your dealership is honest, caring and a trustworthy place that you WANT to do your business with.
We had purchased a vehicle, that was used and completely checked out and a month later a part?that could not have been anticipated (power steering rack) had gone out, without any prior indication. Sometime when buying a used car there are things that can go wrong that cannot be anticipated. What happens after the sale is where dealerships EARN your business. Mitch Morgan and Butte's Mile took care of our problem completely, quickly and professionally.
For this "Rock Star" customer service I will be forever thankful. I cannot express how highly I recommend doing business with Butte's Mile High, not for what they sold us, but for how they treated us, AFTER the sale. Anyone can sell a car, but a company that follows thru and takes care of you after the sale is completely is the trust sign of a quality place to do business. Sincerely and Thankfully, J. Just wanted to send you the review I posted on Yellow Pages.com.  TY very much for your great sales, and service.

I was looking for a car to get me from point a to b.  I had a limit of 5000.00, 1st of all, we worked with Scott, he was very respectful, and I didn't feel like I was being over sold.  He showed me a number of cars that I could buy in my price range, and well below the cap of what I was looking for.  The owners got involved and really tried hard to work with what I wanted and needed.  I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking for a used car.  I don't feel like I was "Sold" to.  I will go back, and they have earned a customer for life!  As well as customers from everyone I know!

By the way, they sold me a car for 3000.00.  They were more worried about what I wanted, then making a quick buck.
